Becky Chase, M.S., RCEP, CSCS, CPT

Becky Chase attended Bridgewater State University and received her B.S. in Exercise Science. She recently received her M.S. from Springfield College in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Becky is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) through ACSM. Becky has a strong interest in the psychological benefits in addition to the physical benefits of exercise. Her Master’s thesis revolved around the effect of exercise on mood state and was published in The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, and was also presented at the New England American College of Sports Medicine 2014 Fall Conference. Becky enjoys running, biking, swimming and lifting weights. She has run four marathons and completed three half-ironman distance triathlons.
